Repairing a Leaky Sink

 Pipes checks for Clogs and Leaks

Inspection for pipe clogs and blockages in sinks, drains and garbage disposal and leaky faucets that could be wasting water and boosting your monthly utility bill without you noticing.

HVAC Condenser Coil Cleaning

Removing any buildup in HVAC condenser coil allows more efficiency and savings in electric bill. It should be done once a year.

Water Heater Flush

A water heater will work harder with a build-up sediment in the bottom. Flushing the sediment will extend your appliance's durability and efficiency. Water heater flushing should be done once a year.

Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors Testing and Batteries Replacement

Testing and replacing your detectors batteries will insure the device won't switch to their residual power and will work properly. Batteries should be changed every year and detectors themselves every 10 years.

HVAC Filters Cleaning and Replacement

Cleaning and replacing filters will extend your appliance’s lifespan, improve its efficiency, and keep your air cleaner. They should be replaced every 3 months.
